1. What GSTRisk provides
GSTRisk provides free tools and information to help businesses check GST registration details. The tools check the format and structure of GSTINs and, where stated, display information from GST data sources. They are for information only.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is tax, legal or financial advice. Decisions about input tax credit, credit terms or supplier onboarding are yours. For advice on your situation, consult a chartered accountant or GST practitioner.
3. Accuracy
We work to keep the tools and guides accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any result is complete, current or error-free. A GSTIN that passes our format check may still be inactive, cancelled or belong to a different business. Always confirm registration status on gst.gov.in before relying on it.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not use automated scripts to query our tools in bulk, try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or use the site to harass, defame or unlawfully profile any person or business.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GSTRisk is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its results, including loss of input tax credit, interest, penalties or business.
6. Third-party links and ads
The site links to external websites and shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
Paid plan (GSTRisk Pro)
GSTRisk Pro is an optional paid plan priced at ₹499 per month or ₹4,999 per year, paid by UPI through the pricing page. Your plan starts when we have matched your payment with our bank record and runs for the period shown on your emailed receipt. There is no automatic renewal: we remind you by email before the plan ends, and you renew by paying again. GST is not charged, because GSTRisk is not registered under GST.
If we cannot match a payment, we email you and ask for the payment screenshot. For payment problems or refund requests, email support@gstrisk.com with your order number; a person reviews every request. When a plan ends, your watchlist moves to the free plan limits and nothing is deleted. Pro changes how many suppliers we check and how often; it does not change the nature of the information, which comes from public GST records via third-party providers and is not tax or legal advice.
