Questions
How is my payment confirmed?
You scan the QR code (or tap Open UPI app on your phone), pay, and paste the UPI transaction ID (UTR). A person checks it against the bank record, usually within a few working hours, then your watchlist switches to Pro and the receipt is emailed.
Is GST charged?
No. GSTRisk is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged and the receipt shows the full amount paid.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. There is no auto-debit. We email you 7 days and 1 day before your plan ends; you renew by paying again. Renewing early adds the new period after the current one.
What happens when Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your watchlist moves to the free plan: the first 25 suppliers keep being checked every 30 days. Renew and all your suppliers go back to weekly checks.
What if something is wrong with my payment or I want a refund?
Email support@gstrisk.com with your order number. A person reviews every request and replies.
Where does the data come from?
From public GST records, through third-party GST data providers. GSTRisk is independent and not affiliated with GSTN or the Government of India. Confirm important decisions on gst.gov.in and with your CA.
